In 2022, Altasurance is bringing you a wealth of new resources and more options for even better communication

As Altasurance evolves and grows as a company, communication with our clients will always remain a core element of our foundation. It is vital to our relationship with you – our client, to maintain honest, transparent and unbiased communication. And, the methods and manners through which we communicate with you are incredibly important, as well. So we are excited to begin releasing more options for you to conveniently communicate with your Altasurance agents and our support team, and a new customer support center filled with quick, straightforward solutions to many of your most common needs.

Altasurance Client Support Center

Obviously, communication goes both ways – to and from. Sometimes you just want information delivered to you quickly, but may not want to or have time to email back & forth. And, sometimes you may not be sure exactly what is with which you need help. In situations like these, our new Client Support Center is your go-to resource for answers, frequently needed solutions, and access to communication tools.

Though the Support Center is live, available anytime, and already offers help with numerous common service requests, we are just getting started. Ultimately, the Support Center will evolve into a robust hub that helps you solve 99.9% of insurance service needs that may occur. And, it is not intended to replace your 1-to-1 interactions with our team, but to provide 24-7 assistance and also point you in the right direction whenever you do need service from a live support team member.

Glovebox Mobile App

We previously introduced the Glovebox mobile app which is now available to all Altasurance clients and can be downloaded here. In addition to accessing insurance documents and managing your policies, the mobile app provides you with additional options for quick communication.

Online & Web Chat

You can now chat with the Altasurance support team online. And you can start a chat from anywhere within the Altasurance website, or from the Facebook messenger.

Online chat support is ideal for those times that you need to get support, but cannot give 100% of your attention to that one task. Sounds a lot like your busy life, huh? So, you can use chat at work or from home. Altasurance chat works from your mobile phone, and it works from your computer. It’s there for your convenience. 

Chat is also a great option for after-hours communications. When you need help with a non-emergency you can drop us a chat message and we will get back to you first thing on the next business day.

The bottom line is that we are dedicated to being the insurance agency you need and want. For those times we want to make sure that we have you covered.
