Insurance Premiums & Billing Overview

Your insurance premium is the amount that you have agreed to pay to your respective insurance carrier in exchange for providing your insurance policy. In other words, it's the bill for your insurance. Failing to pay your insurance premiums will lead to your policy being canceled. So, we always recommend setting up automatic payments if & when you can.

There are a number of convenient ways to pay for your insurance premiums. Here are a few of your options:

Mobile App

For your convenience, Altasurance offers our clients access to a secure payment portal via the Glovebox App, which can be downloaded on any Android or Apple phone.

Pay by Phone

If you prefer to pay by phone you can do so by call Altasurance support team and providing credit card information. Most insurance carriers also accept payments by phone.

By Postal Mail

For those of you that have a preference for writing a physical check, that's still an options! Your carrier's mailing address for payments can be located on your bill, or found on their website. If you need assistance our support team will be glad to assist.
